NYC is our home base but MIAMI has become our second flat. The sand, beaches, sun, parties and fashion do not even compare to NYC but we guess that can be taken as a good and bad thing! :) The shops however in Miami are pretty much all the same catering to the warmer climate and vacation fashion aesthetic. Bright colors, chiffon's, bold prints, bling, glitter, and some of the best sunglasses on the market all pretty much sum up Miami's fashion.
While visiting this past week the clubs were all flooded with these 70's style denim cut off shorts with a rhinestone detail on one side. Obviously this sparked our interest and we located the designers who are behind this recreation of our mothers past time.
Ironically this Miami based company designers Eugy Alliegro & Simonett Pereira shorts are actually from our Mothers past time, vintage pieces reworked one by one to create a unique one of a kind piece.
